TestMaster® Model 264 Series Hydrostatic Test Tools - Up to 20,000 PSI (1,380 Bar)
The patented Model 264 offers fast, snap-on coupling and
positive sealing of production pressure testing of tubes,
tube assemblies and systems. Having a safety spring pregrip,
its hydraulic sealing mechanisms assure a constant,
positive grip during any work or operation cycle. The tool
can be used with a wide variety of media including water,
oil or other fluids.
This precision machined tooling provides versatility for use
in hydroforming and high pressure testing applications. Its
short, outside collet grip is very helpful for applications with
short tube ends. In restricted areas such as aircraft hydraulic
and fuel line locations, the balanced, compact design
of the 264’s connects and disconnects easily.
The Model 264 Series tools are also configurable to use gas as well as aviation SKYDROL fluid for ground based testing applications.
Because of the proven safe record, the Model 264 tools are used in subsea test applications.
The TestMaster® Model 264 tool will handle standard and metric tube,
pipe and fitting sizes from 0.125” to 1.500” (3.175 mm to 38.100 mm) in diameter with standard OD
tolerances.
Special sizes and configurations will be considered upon
request.
The TestMaster® Model 264 is a snap-on coupling suitable for hydrostatic pressure
testing and hydro-expansion up to 20,000 PSI (1,380 Bar) according to military,
nuclear, automotive, and aerospace specifications such
as API, ASTM, ASME, ISO, DIN and BS. The Model 264 series tools are made from materials that allow the tools to be used with a wide variety of services including water, oil, and other fluids.
