The patented TestMaster® Model 310 offers fast, snap-on
coupling and positive sealing of high pressure
threaded hoses and fittings. The tool can be used in a
wide variety of media including water, oil, or other
fluids.
This precision machined tooling provides versatility for
use in high pressure testing applications in restricted
areas. The balanced and compact design of the 310
connects and disconnects easily and is for use in many high
pressure applications.
The TestMaster® Model 310 tool can be used
in hydroforming as well as in high pressure testing applications. The outside collet gripping design is helpful for applications with
short threaded ends in restricted areas such as aircraft hydraulic
and fuel line locations.
The TestMaster® Model 310 tool will handle standard fittings, 1/4” to 3/4” NPT threads. Special sizes and
configurations will be considered upon request.
The TestMaster® Model 310 is a snap-on coupling suitable for hydrostatic pressure
testing and hydro-expansion on tubes with standard NPT male thread
tolerances up to 30,000 PSI (2,070 Bar) for testing according to military,
nuclear, automotive and aerospace specifications such as API,
ASTM, ASME, ISO, DIN and BS and are designed to meet or exceed flow rate requirements with little or no turbulence.
