The patented TestMaster® Model 464 Series Hydrostatic Test Tool offers fast, snap-on coupling and positive sealing of production pressure testing for tubes, tube assemblies, and systems. The safety spring pre-grip and hydraulic sealing mechanisms assure a constant, positive grip during any work or operation cycle.

The Model 464 Series tool is a precision machined tool providing versatility for use in hydro-forming and high-pressure testing applications. Its short, outside collet grip is helpful for applications with short tube ends. In restricted areas such as aircraft hydraulic and fuel line locations, the balanced, compact design of the Model 464 Series tool connects and disconnects easily.

The Model 464 Series tools are also configurable for gas, as well as aviation SKYDROL fluid for ground based testing applications. Because of the proven safe record, the Model 464 Series tools are used in subsea test applications.

The TestMaster® Model 464 tool can handle English and metric tube sizes from 0.250” to 1.000” (6.35 mm to 25.40 mm) in diameter with standard OD tolerances. Special sizes and configurations will be considered upon request.

The Model 464 Series tool has a snap-on coupling suitable for hydrostatic pressure testing and hydro-expansion up to 40,000 PSI (2,758 BAR) according to military, nuclear, automotive, and aerospace specifications such as API, ASTM, ASME, ISO, DIN and BS. The Model 464 Series tools are made from materials that allow the tools to be used with a wide variety of services including water, oil, and other fluids; and are designed to meet or exceed flow rate requirements with little or no turbulence.
