The patented TestMaster® Model 64 Series Hydrostatic Test Tools are specially designed to grip and provide sealing of plain end tubing. The safety spring pre-grips the tube, and the clamping mechanism assure a constant, positive grip during the work cycle. Tools are available with manual lever operation or pneumatic operation. The tool can be used with a variety of services including water, oil, or other liquids on request.
The Model 64 Series Tool is suitable for hydrostatic pressure testing up to 10,000 psi (689 bar) according to military, nuclear, automotive, and aerospace specifications including API, ASTM, ASME, ISO, DIN, and BS. The compact, balanced design is particularly suited to restricted work areas, such as aircraft lines or heating and cooling systems.
The Model 64 Series Tool handles standard and metric tube, pipe, and fitting sizes from 0.08 in. to 1.66 in. OD (2.0 mm to 42.2 mm OD) in diameter.
