TestMaster® Model 64 Series Hydrostatic Test Tools - Up to 10,000 PSI (690 Bar)
The patented Model 64 offers fast, snap-on coupling and positive sealing of production pressure testing of tubes, tube assemblies and systems. Having a safety spring pre-grip, its hydraulic sealing mechanisms assure a constant, positive grip during any work or operation cycle. The tool can be used with a wide variety of media including water, oil or other fluids.
This precision machined tooling provides versatility for use in hydroforming and high pressure testing applications. Its short, outside collet grip is very helpful for applications with short tube ends. In restricted areas such as aircraft hydraulic and fuel line locations, the balanced, compact design of the 64’s connects and disconnects easily.
The Model 64 Series tools are also configurable to use gas as well as aviation SKYDROL fluid for ground based testing applications.
The TestMaster® Model 64 tool will handle standard and metric tube, pipe and fitting sizes from 0.125” to 1.625” (3.175 mm to 41.275 mm) in diameterwith standard OD tolerances. Special sizes and configurations will be considered upon request.

nuclear, automotive, and aerospace specifications such
as API, ASTM, ASME, ISO, DIN and BS. The Model 64 series tools are made from materials that allow the tools to be used with a wide variety of services including water, oil, and other fluids.
