NuQuip® Automatic Air Bleed Valves

The patented NuQuip® Automatic Air Bleed Valves are designed to attach directly to TestMaster® Hydrostatic Test Tooling and ExpanTek® Hydro-Expansion Tools. The Automatic Air Bleed Valve routinely bleeds entrapped air in the assembly prior to pressurization. This is important to note, especially when a pressurized part fails. Compressed air stores more energy than compressed fluid. The smaller the amount of air present in the system, the less dramatic a failure will be - should it occur. A major benefit to air removal is the pressurization process speeds up, thus reducing cycle time.
