Our testing equipment includes high pressure systems and tooling for leak testing with gases such as air, nitrogen, and helium, and liquids such as water, glycol, oil, fuel, SKYDROL, and many others.
Our hydro expansion equipment is used to:
1. Expand tubes into fins for heat exchanger manufacturing
2. Repair boiler tubes by sleeving (expanding) a new tube into a damaged tube
3. Expand (swage) tubes into tube sheets.
Our end forming equipment includes portable power packs that develop thousands of pounds of raw forming strength in a small, high quality, easily maintained package. The modular end forming tooling can expand, reduce, flare, bead, swage, or slit to your exact specifications. These tools can be handheld, mounted to the power pack, or bench mounted elsewhere.
Our high pressure components were developed for use on our own equipment, so their quality is unsurpassed. Our patented quick couplings/quick disconnects are favored by the oil and gas industry and aerospace industries and are rated to operate at 20,000, 30,000 and 60,000 PSI (1,380, 2.070, 4,140 Bar). We also design and manufacture stand alone high pressure pumps, check valves, relief valves, accumulators, receivers, air bleed valves, regulators, and other high pressure components.
