The patented NuQuip® Live Swivel is a single or multiple fluid passages, single acting swivel that is rated to 30,000 PSI (2,070 Bar). This unit was designed specifically for high pressure fluid and gas. The swivel is used to provide movement, while it’s under pressure, for hand tools or other apparatus that are connected to a stationary connection such as a hose, a tube, or a pipe line.

This is an industrial grade Live Swivel that is manufactured from stainless steel and heat treated for hardness without compromising fracture toughness. The swivel is designed with high pressure seals and can be used in an industrial setting and can stand up to the exposure of harsh environments.

This precision machined Live Swivel provides versatility for use in an application that requires high pressure. The balanced and compact design of the Live Swivel reduces operator fatigue caused by twisted hoses. It’s is very helpful for use with flexible tools such as hydro-testing, hydro-forming tools, hydro-expansion, and water jet, applications. Special sizes and configurations will be considered upon request.

The NuQuip® Live Swivel can be used on any application where there is a stationary component attached to an articulating tool or other component and can be used up to pressures of 30,000 PSI for testing according to military, nuclear, automotive and aerospace specifications such as API, ASTM, ASME, ISO, DIN, DOT, and BS.
