The SelectForm® Airmo Model 400 end forming system consists of a portable hydraulic power pack complete with all of the valving and circuitry to operate the patented Airmo hand held or modular end forming tooling. The power pack incorporates a modular hydraulic manifold containing a pressure relief valve, directional control valve, digital pressure switch, and integral filter. This design eliminates many potential leak points associated with standard hydraulic control packages. The hydraulically actuated end forming tools can be hand held or mounted on top of the power pack with the optional cart with tool mounting brackets.

The complete system is very easy to operate. Simply connect the desired tool to the hydraulic power source, insert the tube into the tooling, and actuate the electrically operated foot switch. The system cycles automatically, producing a finished form in as little as 3 to 5 seconds.
