Full Charge Bookkeeper

Job Description
Full Charge Bookkeeper for a small manufacturing business located in Coon Rapids, MN.  Duties include, but are not limited to general financial management, invoicing, accounts receivable, bill pay, accounts payable, payroll, insurance management, bank reconciliation and financial management reporting.  The position also includes human resource functions of onboarding, general employee record management and benefits management.  The company uses Epicor ERP system.

Skills and Requirements

• Competent in basic accounting practices
• Minimum of five years bookkeeping experience or equivalent
• Two years of accounting education or more preferred
• Experience in manufacturing setting preferred
• Epicor experience a big plus
• Experience with Microsoft tools and/or Microsoft 365 a plus
• Desire to work with a team in a dynamic work setting
• Good communication skills
• Independent and willing to learn

Pay
Commensurate with experience.

Schedule
Monday – Friday
Full-Time
