High-Pressure Quick Disconnects

Model QD Series

Pressures Up to 60,000 psi (4,137 bar)

Airmo’s patented high-pressure Quick Disconnects easily connect and disconnect high-pressure tools, valves, couplers and other fittings. Designed for working pressures up to 60,000 psi, they are the ideal choice for cryogenics, hydrostatic pressure testing, blasting, waterjet or off-shore purposes. They can also be used with a variety of mediums, including water, oil, liquid nitrogen and other liquids/gases.

Airmo Quick Disconnects are available in valved or non-valved versions. The high-flow check valve configuration allows for minimal pressure drop. For increased operator safety, the unique self-locking coupler stays connected with the nipple under high pressure.

Handle Options Available

The optional quick disconnect handle eases automated coupling and
de-coupling of tools
